Do I have to connect my driver account?

No. RideLens reads what is already on your screen. You never hand over a login, a password, or an API key — nothing to connect, nothing to revoke later.

Where does my data go?

Offer screens are read and graded on your device. Your mileage and session summaries sync to your own RideLens account, so a new phone doesn't wipe your history.

How does it know my cost per mile?

You set your fuel price and fuel economy once. RideLens divides one by the other and adds maintenance and depreciation on top — that's the number behind every Net figure you see.

Is RideLens made by Uber or Lyft?

No. It's an independent app, built by a driver who got tired of doing the arithmetic in nine seconds at a red light.
